Here's a recap of the facts from the video:

New Bag of Dog Food:      16.5 pounds
     Dog Food Container:           25 pounds

If I have 5 bags of New Dog Food, how many times can I fill Mia's Dog Food Container to the top?

You can not use a calculator, but you can get a blank piece of paper to help you.

Blog your answer and how you found your answer. Don't just write a number.

(Once the answers are approved, read each other's answers and reply if you agree with the answer or if you don't, what you think they did wrong.  But say it nicely!)

  1. you can fill the container 3 times because if you times 5*16.5 you get 82.5 the you have to add 25 to 25 then add 25 again and you get75 so you can fillthe container 3 times

  3. I found the answer by multiplying 16.5 times 5 (number of bags) to get 82.5. And if the tub can hold 25 pounds, 82.5 divided by 25 is equal to 3.The answer is 3 with 7.5 pounds left over.
